The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Clinic/In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and surrounding areas). Join a supportive team offering paid training, weekly PTO, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes within your service area.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA tutoring to children with autism and other developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate updates to families and the clinical team.
• Work in clients’ homes or clinic settings with independent work style and collaboration.
