Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Arizona, including Buckeye, Phoenix, and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing individualized ABA plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to clients' homes; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and celebrate progress with families; keep them informed.
• Travel to clients' homes and coordinate with clinical team as needed.
