Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-clinic and in-home roles across Arizona, including Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Chandler. You will support children with autism through ABA therapy, under supervision, with flexible scheduling to fit family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to clients\' homes within the service area.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children with autism and developmental differences.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate with families about child progress.
