Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home RBT to deliver 97153 direct therapy per a BCBA-written plan in Bethany, OR. You'll work Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and be supported by a BCBA who is assigned to the case and provided with a care manager for families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and current.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ABA required.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per treatment plan.
• BCBA assigned before start; you receive the plan and support.
• Supervision and feedback from the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support.
