Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician for Ashland, OR, with evening availability Mon-Fri. You will deliver 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-approved plan, collect data, and work closely with the family and care team.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliable transportation, and the ability to stay active and engaged with each session. A BCBA is already assigned to the case to support your work.

Qualifications

• Active RBT registration with the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon-Fri evenings.
• Comfort working in a family9s home.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) per the BCBA-written treatment plan.
• Receive plan introduction and family support from the BCBA and care manager.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• BCBAs and clinical directors provide ongoing support and feedback.
