Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks a dedicatedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an in-home Oklahoma City case. The role delivers 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-drawn plan, with supervision and ongoing feedback.

You’ll work Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings in clients’ homes, building consistent care around families’ schedules. We offer flexible hours, a supportive team of RBTs and BCBAs, paid non-billable time, and a pathway for BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT leveling system and BCBA supervision pathway are offered.
• Direct therapy is delivered in-home under BCBA plans.
• Case assignments based on family availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as prescribed by the BCBA.
• Collect session data and submit notes for billing and records.
• Maintain ongoing supervision and competency assessments.
• Support families with treatment plans and progress updates.
