Step Ahead ABA in Ashland, VA is seeking an attentive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, school, and community ABA therapy opportunities. This role emphasizes evening hours Mon–Fri, with a BCBA supervision pathway and a flexible caseload built around your availability.

You deliver direct therapy (97153) under prescribed plans, collect data, and work with a dedicated care manager to support autistic children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required; BCBA supervision pathway available.
• Evening availability Mon–Fri in Ashland, VA.
• Experience with ABA therapy and pediatric populations is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct therapy (97153) per the BACBA/BCBA-created plan.
• Coordinate with the assigned BCBA before starting and follow the plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
• Participate in supervision, competency assessments, and feedback.
• Support families and maintain professional communication.
