Job summary

Step Ahead ABA seeks an RBT for an in-home case in Bellevue, delivering 97153 direct therapy under a BCBA-written plan. You’ll receive an introduction and family support; supervision includes feedback and competency assessments, and you’ll collect session data.

Requirements: active RBT registration, high school diploma or equivalent, prior ABA experience, and availability Mon-Fri evenings. You must work in a family's home with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT registration required on start date.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability Mon-Fri evenings is required.
• Reliable transportation needed to travel to clients' homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy per BCBA-approved plan.
• BCBA assigned before start; receive plan, intro, and family support.
• Supervision includes competency assessments, observation, and feedback.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
• Support from BCBAs and clinical directors.
