Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking an in-home RBT for Tue/Thu afternoon sessions. You will deliver direct therapy (97153) under a BCBA-written plan, with a dedicated care team and family support.

Training and supervision are provided by Step Ahead BCBA, and data collection is part of the role. This position emphasizes delivering compassionate care in a family setting, with competitive pay and opportunities to earn time-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• Availability Tue/Thu afternoons.
• Comfort working in a family's home.
• Prior ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA.
• Your BCBA is assigned before you start and you receive plan introduction and family support.
• Supervision is provided by the Step Ahead BCBA with ongoing feedback.
• You collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
