Job summary

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, school, and community ABA therapy in Clemmons, NC. The role offers afternoon shifts, with a BCBA supervision pathway and a flexible caseload model designed around your availability.

You’ll deliver direct therapy under a treatment plan, collect data, and collaborate with your BCBA and care team to support autistic children and families. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Deliver direct therapy per the BCBA-approved treatment plan (97153).
• Record and submit session data and notes with accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to ensure client progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy as per the plan.
• BCBA assigned to the case provides plan and support.
• Supervision is provided with competency assessments and feedback.
• Maintain documentation; non-billable time is paid.
• Work with BCBAs and clinical directors to ensure care quality.
