Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is seeking skilled Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clients’ homes across Indiana. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized intervention plans for children and adolescents with autism.

Applicants should have RBT certification, a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE, and strong communication skills to engage families and caregivers effectively.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong English communication skills, speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural home environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare information for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of programs.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding client activities.
