Job summary

Kids First is hiring an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Fort Stewart, GA. As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with clients in clients' homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collecting accurate data to support ongoing assessments.

You will assist with parent training, ensure HIPAA compliance, and participate in ongoing training and meetings. Travel between homes is required, and certification or willingness to obtain RBT credentials is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience with data collection and analytical reporting is required.
• Ability to travel between homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow and implement treatment plans created by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and notes using data collection tools.
• Support parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA, BACB Ethical Code, and company policies.
