Job summary

Kids First is seeking an in-home Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work directly with clients in Fort Stewart, GA. You will execute treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and support parent training while adhering to Kids First policies and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities include implementing protocols across multiple domains, maintaining data records, and participating in ongoing trainings to ensure ethical, high-quality care for children aged 3–18.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Willingness/ability to travel between client homes.
• 1:1 client work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans and implement protocols across domains.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor on goals.
• Collect and manage data using data collection software.
• Attend supervision/trainings and participate in meetings.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
