Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain prior to start.
• Experience with 1:1 client sessions in ABA.
• Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
• Ability to travel between homes.
• Familiarity with Central Reach ABA software and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Create program materials and implement procedures across domains.
• Collect and manage data using data collection software.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments.
• Maintain timely communication with BCBA Supervisor and families.
• Maintain accurate attendance and transport/logistics as needed.
