Job summary

Kids First is hiring an in home RBT in Statham, GA to work directly with clients in a home-based setting under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, build program materials, collect accurate data, and support parent training with clinicians.

The role requires a valid RBT credential (or willingness to obtain) and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on ethical conduct and HIPAA compliance. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain before start date (we can help).
• Proficiency in data collection and analytical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Collect and manage data using data collection software.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
