Job summary

Kids First is seeking an in-home Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Saint Simons Island, GA. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and RBT certification (or willingness to obtain). Travel between homes is required, with HIPAA and Kids First policies strictly followed.

Qualifications

• 1:1 client work experience in home or school settings.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel between clients' homes.
• Experience with ABA and working with children with autism preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA Supervisor.
• Collect and manage data accurately.
• Communicate with BCBA Supervisor and families.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and company policies.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
