Job summary

Kids First is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Hinesville, GA. You will directly work with clients in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing prescribed ABA treatment plans and collecting data.

The role requires travel between client homes, excellent communication skills, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies. CPR certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain before start date.
• Experience with 1:1 client work and applied behavior analysis (ABA) context.
• Ability to travel between client homes and conduct data collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication; HIPAA compliance taught.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain during employment.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home-based settings.
• Follow treatment plans established by the BCBA Supervisor and implement program materials.
• Collect and manage data using data collection software.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding goals and procedures.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and Kids First privacy rules.
