Qualifications

• CA PTA license required for practice in California.
• Current CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS and ACLS certifications up to date.
• Recent TB test and annual flu vaccination.
• Immunization records including Covid-19 and hepatitis B; MMR, TDaP, Varicella.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in patients' homes to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
