• Valid California PTA license and current license status.

• Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certification.
• Recent TB test and flu vaccination within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, and Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions and exercises to improve mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
