Job Juncture is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled care directly in patients' homes in San Francisco, CA. You will work with a collaborative team to help patients improve mobility and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds a California PTA license, valid fingerprint clearance, CPR/ACLS, and up-to-date immunizations. You will document progress and coordinate with other professionals to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Formación

• CA PTA license required.
• CA Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• TB test and Flu shot within past year required.
• Immunization records including Covid19, HepB, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
