Qualifications

• Requires active Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Current BLS (CPR) and ACLS certification.
• Recent negative TB test and Flu shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
