Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our expanding mobile outpatient program in Laconia, NH. This full-time role provides in-home and community-based rehabilitation to older adults, with a flexible schedule and supportive team.

As a PTA, you’ll work under a licensed PT to deliver exercise programs, gait training, manual therapy, and wellness services, while documenting care and coordinating with family members.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in NH.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience in outpatient/home-based PT is preferred.
• Excellent patient communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in in-home or community settings.
• Under the supervision of a Licensed PT, implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance work, and manual therapy.
• Document timely and accurately per department standards.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality care.
