Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehab in home and community settings around Nashua, NH. The role supports an older adult population with flexible scheduling and supervision by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in in-home settings for older adults.
Evaluate and treat in the most functional environment, the patient\'s home or in independent living facilities.
Adhere to treatment schedules and complete clinical and billing documentation on time.
Work with the rehabilitation team to implement patient-specific programs.
Instruct patients and caregivers in PT treatment techniques under supervision of a licensed PT.
Maintain accurate documentation for all patients and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
