Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care in San Francisco, CA. You will assess mobility, guide treatment, and help patients regain independence in their daily lives.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
• CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
• Recent TB test and flu shot within the past year.
• Immunization records including Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, to improve mobility and function.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

Education

Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in California

CA Fingerprint Clearance Card

BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification

Negative TB test and Flu Shot within past year

Immunization records: Covid-19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella

Valid driver’s license with auto-insurance
