Qualifications

• CA PTA license required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification required.
• Recent TB test result and Flu shot within past year.
• Immunization records including Covid19, Hep B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
• Valid Driver's License with auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
• Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
