Job summary

Periscope Group, a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists, seeks Independent Consultants to perform one-time in-home medical necessity assessments. You’ll set your own schedule within assessment timeframes.

Responsibilities include conducting home assessments, recommending equipment and services, and documenting findings via our secure portal from any device. Requirements: active PT/OT licensure, liability insurance, ability to travel and lift up to 30 pounds; tech-savvy and

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (PT or OT).
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance (may be purchased at time of offer).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, navigate stairs and varied home environments, and perform physical assessments as needed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to and from member homes.
• Proficient with technology: able to navigate online portals and use a device for all work tasks.
