Job summary

The Periscope Group is a nationwide network of physical and occupational therapists who perform one-time, in-home medical necessity assessments. Independent consultant opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the chance to impact patient care with wearable device training.

Responsibilities include training, patient education on device use, and timely documentation in collaboration with the review team. Requires current PT/OT licensure and ability to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical or Occupational Therapist (required).
• Malpractice/Liability Insurance may be purchased at time of offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs/varied home environments.

Responsibilities

• Train to become a certified wearable device trainer.
• Perform one-time medical device training for patients with peripheral neuropathy.
• Educate on device use and proper operation.
