Luna Care, Inc. is seeking skilled physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across California.

You will work on your own schedule, with Luna matching you to nearby clients and driving times typically under 30 minutes. You'll complete minimal documentation via the Luna app, earn per-visit pay with opportunities to add visits, and enjoy benefits like safety features and integrated home-exercise monitoring.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
