Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, with flexible scheduling and the Luna app for documentation. You can set your own availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-C care paperwork).
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
