Qualifications

Active PT license for PA.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Liability insurance.
Reliable personal transportation.
Documentation in home-visit settings.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes following their plan of care.
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive.
Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app.
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
Flexible scheduling — you choose when and how often you treat.
Per-visit pay with opportunities to increase earnings with more visits.
