Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is hiring licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes across the Mountain View area, with care plans delivered in the patient’s environment.

You’ll set your own hours, pair with nearby patients (average 12 min drive), and document in the Luna app, with per-visit pay and opportunities to grow earnings through more visits, plus Safety Shield and integrated workout tools.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
