Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, one-on-one outpatient care, treating each patient through their full plan of care.

Set your own schedule and locations; earn per-visit pay with potential to increase visits. You’ll use the Luna app to document and monitor progress. Must hold an active state PT license, CPR/BLS, liability insurance, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific physical therapy license.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
