Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is hiring for part-time or full-time physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes in the Elgin, IL area. You’ll set your own schedule, and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a short drive, optimizing your time and impact.

You’ll document quickly via the Luna app, follow the full plan of care for each patient, and maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism with CPR/BLS on file.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
