Luna Physical Therapy is an in-home, tech-enabled physical therapy platform delivering one-on-one care to patients in their homes. You set your own schedule and Luna matches you to nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive, with fast, efficient documentation using the Luna app.

Qualifications

• Active, state-PT license required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Liability insurance held.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a max 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation in the Luna app (3-5 min per patient, no OASIS).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
