Sears in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join our in-home outside sales team. The full-time role offers a 100% commission structure with a W-2 with benefits. Representatives typically earn between $45K-$80K, with top performers reaching $90K+ annually and scheduled appointments provided.

You will travel locally, visit customers from a home base, and receive pre-set appointments from our National Sales center. No cold door-to-door selling is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally to appointments using personal vehicle.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with computers.
• Work a 5-day week including Saturdays; flexible hours.
