Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking in-home product assemblers to join its expanding team. You will start as an In-Home Assembler Technician with training and paid certification, then progress to in-store certifications and higher earnings through a piece-rate pay model.

You’ll travel to customers’ homes, work with flexible schedules and provide your own transportation and tools. Base training pay is $20/hr, with earnings potential ranging from $20–$30/hr once converted to hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Problem solving and proactive solution suggestions.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Reliable attendance, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with customers and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily, you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes.
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments.
• Confirm your work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product.
• Assemble product to National Assemblers’ specifications.
• Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product.
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash).
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion.
