Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking qualified Assemblers to join our expanding team. You will build products in customers' homes and complete in-home certification, with a path to in-store certification as you grow.

Starting wage during training is $20 per hour, followed by a piece-rate pay model based on completed work. Travel across a 75-mile radius is common, and you must provide reliable transportation and own tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Own reliable transportation to travel to customers' homes.
• Willingness to travel and flexible scheduling.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily, you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
• Confirm your work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product
• Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications
• Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash)
