Abode Care Partners in Kinston, NC is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in patients' homes across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living communities.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and chronic disease management, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for part-time hires and a comprehensive benefits package including incentives and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Active state NP license.
• Current NP National Board Certification.
• Active state DEA licensure.
• MSN degree in Nursing.
• Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years NP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner’s daily workflow.
• Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
• Strong knowledge base of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in computer-based data management programs, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
• Ability to engage in moderate physical activity.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and evaluates patient medical needs.
• Examines and treats chronic and urgent illnesses.
