Job summary

Mobile Medical seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care across Southern Okaloosa County, FL. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday scheduling with autonomy, a smaller patient panel, and meaningful patient relationships in a community setting.

As an NP, you will deliver comprehensive care, diagnose and treat conditions, order labs, prescribe medications, and coordinate with physicians and home health teams.

Qualifications

• Master's NP degree from an accredited program.
• National board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
• Order, review and interpret labs and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and prevention.
• Coordinate care with physicians, home health agencies and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records documentation.
• Support preventive care and population health initiatives.
