Job summary

Mobile Medical seeks a compassionate, independent Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to deliver in-home primary care across West Orange County, FL and Windermere. This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships outside a traditional clinic.

You’ll manage chronic conditions, perform home assessments, and coordinate with physicians and home health teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited NP program.
• National Board Certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home health assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and care coordination.
• Order, review, and interpret labs and tests.
• Prescribe medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, home health, and teams.
• Maintain timely electronic medical records.
• Support preventative care and population health initiatives.
