Job summary

Premier Pools & Spas is hiring a proven high-ticket salesperson to join our Austin office, serving Houston, Austin & San Antonio markets. This full-time commission-only role has pre-set appointments; no cold calling.

You’ll meet homeowners with interest in pools averaging around $100,000, present options, and guide decisions. You will manage a pipeline, use Pool Studio and CRM, and learn our design and financing processes.

Qualifications

• At least three years of successful sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with high-ticket purchases and commission-based income.
• Capable of managing a sales pipeline and following an established process.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales from preset appointment through signed agreement.
• Attend in-home consultations across Greater Austin.
• Discuss motivation, timeline, and investment range with homeowners.
• Present designs, pricing, financing, and construction expectations.
• Follow up consistently and maintain an organized CRM.
• Prepare accurate agreements and sales documentation.
• Support training, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
