The position offers uncapped commission with earning potential of $150,000+, ongoing training, and support from an established brand, along with a take-home vehicle and tools to succeed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service or in-home plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand plumbing needs and concerns.
• Evaluate plumbing systems and recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions.
• Present clear proposals and explain available product, service, and financing options.
• Educate customers to help them make informed decisions for their homes.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through consultative service.
• Close opportunities and achieve sales KPIs.
