Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to diagnose plumbing problems and confidently recommend the right solutions for homeowners. This customer-facing role offers year-round, full-time work with uncapped earning potential and strong benefits.

You will independently run service calls, perform repairs, and educate homeowners on options, delivering high-quality workmanship and an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on residential plumbing service experience.
• Experience independently running residential service calls.
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with repairs, maintenance, replacements, and installations.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and components.
• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains.
• Identify plumbing concerns and determine solutions.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build trust with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable with sales.
• Meet performance goals while maintaining customer-first approach.
