Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Plumbing Advisor (Sales) to meet with homeowners in their homes, assess plumbing needs, and present repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions. This in-home sales role offers strong commissions and ongoing training within a trusted brand.

You will educate customers, close sales, and build lasting relationships while achieving and exceeding KPIs in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service and/or in-home plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Proven experience presenting plumbing solutions and closing in-home sales.
• Strong sales performance with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales approach focused on identifying customer needs and recommending the right solution.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their plumbing needs and concerns.
• Evaluate residential plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions.
• Present clear, detailed proposals and explain available product, service, and financing options.
• Educate customers so they can confidently make informed decisions for their homes.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships through professional, consultative service.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that provide value to the customer.
• Confidently ask for the sale and close opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with plumbing technicians, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of proposals, recommendations, sales activity, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable plumbing codes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing positively in customers’ homes.

As aPlumbing Advisor (Sales), you’ll meet directly with homeowners to evaluate their plumbing needs, recommend repair, replacement, and upgrade solutions, and help customers make informed decisions for their homes. This is a customer-facing, in-home sales role that requires strong plumbing knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to build trust while driving results.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great sales starts with great service. You’ll have the opportunity to earn$150,000+ with uncapped commission, while being supported by an established brand, ongoing training, and a team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What It Takes to Succeed

We’re looking for Plumbing Advisors who bring:

5+ years of residential plumbing service and/or in-home plumbing sales experience

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, replacements, and upgrades

Proven experience presenting plumbing solutions and closing in-home sales

Strong sales performance with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

A consultative sales approach focused on identifying customer needs and recommending the right solution

Confidence discussing pricing, financing, and multiple service options with homeowners

Strong organization and follow-through

Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements

Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
