Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in LaGrange, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, data-driven ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.

You’ll work 3:45 pm–7:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with options for part-time or full-time schedules and no weekend work. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, plus benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training/ABA content discussion
• Valid RBT certification required
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in data collection and comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings, including in-home

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions and write detailed session notes to document development.
