Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in Locust Grove, GA. Sessions are 3:00 pm–7:00 pm on Mon, Wed, and Fri, with benefits and growth opportunities across BeeKind.

You will collect data, write session notes, and adapt activities to each client’s needs, while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes documenting development.
• Support families and maintain professional, ethical practice.
