BeeKind ABA Therapy in Jonesboro, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. The role emphasizes compassionate and ethical ABA services and supports the family-centered approach.

The position offers a pay range of $18-$25 per hour with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules, annual raises, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40-hour ABA training.
• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional preferred.
• Ability to collect data and write detailed session notes.
• Comfort working in homes, schools and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write session notes.
• Engage clients with age-appropriate activities and document development.
• Collaborate with families and team for consistency.
