BeeKind ABA Therapy in Georgia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, collecting data and writing notes.

Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour with benefits, part-time or full-time options, and annual raises. Schedule is 3:00 pm–5:00 pm Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri in Lawrenceville; no weekend work. Remote training available.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings; in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed notes.
• Tailor sessions to each client's needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and session records.
