Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy in Hampton, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. You will collect data during each session and write detailed notes to document progress and support ongoing treatment plans.

The position offers weekday evenings with flexible scheduling, a competitive pay range of $20–$25 per hour plus a $2 hourly shift differential after 5 pm, and substantial benefits, professional

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares and community settings
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes
• Document development and progress to support treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and team to implement behavior plans
