Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA sessions in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in LaGrange, GA. You will collect data during each session and write detailed notes documenting progress, with sessions typically 3-4 hours each day.

The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule (3:45 pm–7:30 pm), and a competitive pay range of $18–$25 per hour plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 40 hour RBT training completed with ability to discuss ABA content and critical thinking.
• Valid RBT certification must be current.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional is preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings, with in-home experience a plus.
